We engaged IVENCO to help us in the refurbishment of our family home earlier this year. This was following a recommendation from a friend who was a previous client.At the initial meeting, Ivo appeared knowledgeable and confident in being able to deliver the project that we had in mind. The quote for the work was also within the budget we had in mind.Throughout the whole process, he kept in contact with us and was accommodating with any changes we wanted to make.We had to move out of our home during the initial building phase, but were able to move back in after 3 months. Once living with the building team in the house, they were very courteous and tidy.There were some initial issues with our neighbours being unhappy with the noise from the works, but Ivo and his team managed to resolve these in a timely and diplomatic manner.Overall, we have been happy with project staying within budget, being on time and most importantly, the finish of the work. We would not hesitate to recommend IVENCO to any future potential clients.

We contracted Ivenco Builders to work with a kitchen design company and an orangery manufacturer, starting in September 2021. The goal of the project was to dismantle and upcycle the existing kitchen, knock through the rear wall to extend out and enable the construction of an orangery and then to raise and replace the existing garden terrace. All concrete footings , steel supports and utilities were built to a high standard and passed by building control with no problems. The project took place in a gated community which required strict observance of weight limits, parking, entry and exit rules. The Ivenco team were always respectful of these (sometimes onerous) working conditions and did their best to comply throughout the duration of the project. Being highly bespoke in nature we were pleased to be able to openly suggest ideas/debate solutions, as issues emerged which needed tackling. The overall quality of construction was very good and the finish given to floors, walls and ceilings was of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for all projects of a similar complexity. They certainly have the range of skills necessary to do a great job.

IVENCO were recommended to us by a friend who had their house in Chiswick fully renovated and we wanted the same quality and professionalism for our full house and garden renovation in Kew.Our house required gutting, extensions, structural supports, effectively a full redesign, there wasn’t a surface that didn’t need work. Ivo, Vince, and their team were so amazing with the workmanship level, their eye for detail and making sure everything was finished to an extremely high standard. They were clear on pricing, timing, and planning of work and working with myself and my partner on ideas for each of the rooms. Our renovation work took place before, during and after Covid and along the way both Ivo and Vince were supportive of how things would be done, especially because we were living in the house during the renovations. On recommendation from my sister, I booked Ivo and Vince to do some work in my kitchen and dining room. They put in a new ceiling, replastered some walls and laid an oak floating floor in a complex shaped room, fitting under the skirting. They also sourced and fitted 3 new internal doors with handles and lock, moved 2 light switches and 2 wall sockets.All work was completed in good time and to a most satisfactory finish quality. Any emerging problems were well communicated and solved with a minimum of fuss. The final cost was reasonable, and well itemised. They are also very nice chaps who I wouldn\'t hesitate to use again, or recommend.
