On this project we were asked to split a house into two flats and to renovate the ground floor only.We made the opening for the first floor flat to the side of the house and moved a few doors to accomodate the new floor layouts.We had to fireproof and soundproof all joint walls and ceilings.New electric,plumbing,kitchen,floors,varios joinery,water conected UFH and sash windows.Garden had to be separated with new fences and gates.It was a joy working with Siobhan and Brian on this project.Thanks for trusting us with the work!!!!

On this project we were asked to split a house into two flats…
We were contacted by Eileen and Daminn to build their dream extension.Glad we took the job as it ended up as a buitifull house extension with so many features.Because of the ground conditions the Structural Calculations were for a piled foundations and plenty of steels to the whole structure.Exposed beams and exposed roof joists,internal brick wall,wooden cladding to the back and a beautifully designed kitchen were some of the stand out points.Water UFH to the ground floor and a new boiler hidden within the new toilet room.Utiluty room accessible by a flush with the wall pocket door.A large patio with round brick build seating area.Everything was well designed by ZDBarchitects and executed by our team.And again a big Thank You to Eileen and Damian for trusting us with their project.We hope you will enjoy it for many many years!

Hi and welcome to our most challenging job up to date.We turned this 3 bedroom house into a 6 bedroom luxury home.We extended a basement and created a gym,play-cinema room and a large wine room.Extended the ground floor to get a huge open space living-dining room with a lovely fire place.We extended the first floor to get 3 large on-suite bedrooms.We added a loft conversion with one on-suit bedroom and another two bedrooms with a separate shower room.We installed over 100 steel beams within the walls and ceilings on the house.Water connected underfloor heating on all floors,Air con in all rooms,balcony on the first floor were just some of the features with this project.A year later we were asked to do the garden.Changed all the fence panels,added a mixure of tiled patios,decking,artificial grass and rendered planting.Added a BBQ area and a covered pergola.Everything done to the perfect taste of our clients.
